I’ve got a HydroMax5. It feels great, but there are a couple of usage points to be aware of.
The seal between its base and your body is critical, and a good seal will require some pube removal.
The air valve operation is a bit awkward at first. It’d be worthwhile operating it several times “on dry land” to get familiar with it.
