It kind of looks like the computer I learned BASIC on, but that was even more ancient. It was an elongated rectangle, computer and monitor all in one. This was Russia in 1980s, I have no idea what those machines were called.
Hmmm, don’t think it was either of those, but I could be wrong. We worked with them for all of 6 months, so I may not have the best recollection. I remember them looking like long rectangles.

If it was Russia, maybe one of the Agat machines? Or an Iskra 1030?
