No one who would use the terminal would need to find the terminal. It automatically prompts you to install Xcode whenever you try to install a package that requires it through terminal. A “proper” package manager is a nonsense distinction and it’s literally one terminal command similar to any Linux distro that doesn’t include it. The same applies to window management.
