I am a big fan of Tesla. The cars are amazing. Generally I respect Elon, who has a track record of success. I support unions but I would never join one.
I think this is the best quote from the article.

Elon has made many employees rich. If they unionize, they jeopardize the benefits that made them rich. I can’t see the company agreeing to be as generous when dealing with a union.
It’s not about what I consider, it’s about what you want to posture about versus what you actually do. Stop your goddamn whining, if you have a problem, do something about it. Don’t complain to me, I’m not your mom.
I bet you won’t. Talk is easy, and repealing 100 year old laws that every sane person agrees with is hard, and I doubt you have either the gumption or the intelligence to even begin to try :D
