I think I did the best thing with CP77 - pirated it at launch.
I put a few hundred hours into it and enjoyed the story. I went and purchased it from gog as I had a great experience. I think it was better at launch than people made out.
I have never installed the real version nor played CP77 again and will probably never do so. THIS is what they need to fix, not ‘the relationship with customers’…Do something to draw me back in.
From what we’ve heard, the Phantom Liberty expansion is as much about amending the base game via QoL improvements and UI/AI improvements as it is adding some new story missions and worldbuilding! Skillup mentioned that in his review from being on hands with the game at SGF.
So there might be something for everyone here, especially if they add some depth to the RPG elements and entice us to go back for 2nd (3rd or 12th) playthroughs of the game!

I think new DLC and all the changes coming with it are the draw they’re hoping on.
