It’s definitely a great rpg as of 2.0. These are nice immersion additions, but if you’re interested, just go ahead.
I’ve already played a pre-Phantom Liberty campaign in 1.6 (if I recall), it’s more of a when is it good to go again for PL and other redesigns.
I’m a little disappointed that FSR 3.0 wasn’t included in patch 2.1… the current implementation of FSR is janky as hell.
