Doesn’t look like there is a traditional server status page, but they recommend checking BlizzardCS Twitter. They’re using newer server tech so the game isn’t down much or at all during maintenance, so in theory a status page isn’t needed. In practice, there are times, like the last couple of days with the DDOS attacks, where there are issues, but I suppose a note on the launcher serves the same purpose.
