And that same wage is buying you a lot less than it did last year. They can’t be surprised if people end up leaving from that decision. Maybe they’re counting on it, if the business is struggling…

They’ve already done a round of redundancies and it’s stretched the team way too thin, so IDK if they’re hoping more people will leave.
