    It should 100%. But this is the real world and courts often fuck up obvious correlations. The existing Apple lawsuit found they were not a monopoly, somehow… and is being appealed because clearly it fucking is. Despite the App Store being the ONLY way for iPhone users to get apps without either jumping through hoops and paying to be a “developer” or having to jailbreak your device entirely. Somehow that is not a monopoly.

    Unlike Android, where you can natively sideload apps or install alternative app stores by enabling one setting. Not to mention the many Android devices that don’t even include Google Play Services at all, and/or have third party app stores pre-installed. Many major manufacturers like Samsung even preload their own app stores alongside Google’s, and Amazon’s store can basically be installed on any Android device.

    Clearly Apple is more of a monopoly than Google for this type of situation, just proving how dog shit the courts can be when making these determinations.
