Like paying for my wife’s uni degree, buying a rental property with my brother-in-law, getting a tutor for my kids in math. You will never be poor if everyone you is doing well. Besides I trust my family friends a lot more than I trust Goldman Sachs mortgage backed securities and Bear Stearns.
