Thoughts on watching the Dr Who Specials
Pro: Davies’s writing has a panache and power that IMO was missing since s9 and was wonderful to see again.
Gatwa seems almost too good.
Con: The Tennant coming back and bigeneration thing didn’t really land and failed to shake the bitter aftertaste of the open cynicism of baiting fans back. Is Tennant-14 just gonna be around forever haunting every new doctor?

Tennant was born to be The Doctor. He was steeped in it at such an early age. I am fine with his returning over and over again :P
