Some of my favorites were Star Trek Armada II and Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force.
Elite Force 1+2 are still amazing today too!

Elite Force is great and still holds up. Got one or both on GOG in a sale last year. The one with the full virtual Voyager is worth it for that alone.
