Note, this was after his trip to Mecca and his conversion to Sunni Islam, where he renounced antisemitism and declared that we are “all God’s children.” He had left the Nation of Islam before this, where they met with the Nazis because they had common goals. He later admonished this meeting with Rockwell. The previous commenter doesn’t think you have the ability to think for yourself. You do.
I recommend everyone read the Autobiography of Malcolm X. He was a complex individual, as we all are. He made mistakes and became a better person despite them. He wasn’t perfect. None of us are. But his contribution to race advancement during the Civil Rights Movement was not insignificant.
