MLS teams must play in Open Cup - U.S. Soccer

US Soccer announced it has ruled against allowing MLS to remove its first teams from U.S. Open Cup and replace them with teams from MLS Next Pro.

Good. The most important cup in this country is the one that allows a amateur side to win, no matter how unlikely that is.
