Especially fruit leather!
Now I can’t get the idea of a fruit leathercraft out of my head. If you someday see a youtube video of fruit leather moccasins, knife sheath, and arrow quiver; that is on you. You have nobody but yourself to blame for incepting that.
I’ve heard of people growing kombucha scoby in rectangular containers and then drying it to use in place of leather.
I remember seeing a company making vegan leather like this, super cool concept
It’s sticky and doesn’t hold up in the rain.
That’s why you have to waterproof it first.
