Oh shit, this is a different OPA report than the one where the lab tech took an evidence gun out without wearing gloves, then wiped it down after one of the other lab techs was like “dude, is that from the evidence locker? You’re supposed to wear gloves.” SPD crime lab is fucking clown town. They literally have no operating manual.
