The US should politely cut off diplomatic relations and ask Russia diplomats to leave, except for the minimum staff needed to issue passports and manage services related to that. All of the attaches and their entourages need to go. Is there any reason why useless people with diplomatic immunity should stay in the US to spy? I think the DC nighttime entertainment industry can take the hit.
