A nearly four-year-long battle between Google and consumers in a class action lawsuit reached a preliminary settlement Tuesday over allegations that Google deceives users about their privacy when browsing in the tech giant’s so-called Incognito mode.

First, class actions works all the time. I’ve pulled in something like $1500 between Google and Sony shenanigans.
Second, no you won’t, this is the dumbest waste of court time I’ve read about in a long time. It’s going to be a big fat L for the plantifs and they are likely fighting for pennies if they clear the first procedurals.
How do you get notified or aware that there are some class action suits going on? Whats the sign up process like?
