No such thing as a billionaire who isn’t destructive to society. Warren Buffet is less crass, but no less destructive to society than Elon, Mark, Sam, etc. He just attempts to present better, a Mitch McConnell to their Donald Trump.

Also he does invest heavily in oil, not that that really matters. Billionaires shouldn’t exist to warp society to their power/capital’s will.

In fact, one of Berkshire’s top 20 holdings is Chevron, among the worst of the worst. 19.4 billion in filthy, unaccountable to society chevron oil holdings.

Also I didn’t photoshop him in front of those barrels, others just also recognize the con and that photoshop already existed.

Everyone here agrees ideologically. It’s simply that you chose an investor of reliable companies, which is pretty far removed from selling snake oil, because it’s a scam. They’re both bad for society, just in different ways, and it’s different enough to distract from the message of the meme. I’m pretty sure most of us would argue that billionaires are worse than snake oil salesmen due to their wide reaching impact, but regardless, straightforward messaging is necessary to avoid things like this. Pedantry or not, most people would probably have the same reaction because it’s inconsistent. They’re both profit obsessed bad people, but so is a dirty car salesman or the mafia.

So he invests billions in oil, that was never the point, and woosh.
