I actually think about this guy a lot when doing stuff for health that I don’t want to, like exercise or meeting nutritional goals. If he can do all that, I can do a couple hours of lifting, or drink another protein shake.
Plus it’s a hell of an experiment. I’m glad someone’s doing it, if just for the datapoint.
