Don’t use that version of it. Reddit added in a forced wait being comment edits, which that version does not take into account (because it predates the change).
This fork has a 5 second pause between edits which doesn’t run into reddit’s rate limit. https://github.com/pkolyvas/PowerDeleteSuite
