So…I suppose it’s safe to assume that there’s only two of us here on Lemmy that own (can afford with this inflation?!?) an Airstream?!?

I figured with a bit of time since that “place that can no longer be mentioned” site self-destructed (screw you Spez!) that at least a few of us would make it here!

    I don’t own an airstream (with this inflation, are you serious?!), but I wish you the best of luck. Hope you don’t get… ants? Is that a thing airstream owners might wish each other?

      New ones are definitely in the realm of “no freaking way on that price!” - but an older one is a bit easier to swallow.

      I will say, after showing my favorite wife a BUNCH of other brands (new ones) and then showing her the Airstreams - there really was no comparison.

      The pic I posted above for what I just got - that Airstream is literally 20-years old…and something I spent a couple of years saving/budgeting.

      If that’s a lifestyle you’re after, it can be done - I am by no-means wealthy…but I do tend to spend more for quality purchases versus “close enough”.
