Over at reddit, where there’s a major shaving competition going on. I have tried to reach out several times here and on the mastodon instance, but to no avail. I guess we’ll have to muddle through until the end of the month at least.
If bot issues get further out of hand, I’m considering moving over to mastodon, hoping that someday it will get cleaned up here 🙄
I get the impression that many instances experience lag, probably because of the sudden influx of Reddit refugees. Multiple postings seem to be common as clients make multiple attempts without getting a timely answer from the server. Perhaps the bot has the same problem?
I think the bot broke because it made like 10 similarly named posts

We’re used to 3, but over 10 is too much abundance
We may have more duplicate posts than comments in june.
