I’m looking to create an “Exit Button” in the Bookmarks Toolbar. I found how to create a Restart Button (creating a Bookmark with the URL about:restartrequired), but I’m having a hard time finding for Exit (or close all Firefox Windows). Perhaps it is not possible, I don’t know.

Any help is appreciated.

    I think you probably can only do this by using custom autoconfig scripting. Extensions could close all windows, but that isn’t quite the same thing and it doesn’t actually quit Firefox if you have any “special” windows open such as Library window because extensions can’t close those. Also, I’m not sure if Firefox would restore those windows properly like it does when you actually exit Firefox.
