However, I recommend wefwef.app for thy lazy types Edit: not to be disrespectful, I also donated to Zach for Liftoff. Development goes on like crazy here.

If you can, selfhost. Wefwef is a lightweight.
Just did but it appears PWA doesn’t work out of the box when doing so. Looking into fixing that now.
