Went ice skating about a .month ago fell hard stretched a tendon in my knee. Couldn’t walk for a week. Docs reckon it’s just a wait and it will sort its self job
Thinknits the tendon. I felt itvstretch but not snap thankfully. I’m in that wierd phase where I need to move it or it locks up but not so much that I make it worse

Ouch! Maybe pulled a muscle or did something to a tendon?? Plenty rest and let it heal!!
