That’s the advantage of decentralisation, you can find whatever suits you. If you haven’t checked it yet, here’s a mostly complete list of apps: https://lemmy.ml/post/1162300
Hey, new to Lemmy. I’m in connect and logged in to the lemmy.world instance, your link is to another instance and I suspect that’s why the link doesn’t work on my phone? Is that right and if so how can I open it?
For Android I’m using Liftoff and it just works so far. I’m really happy for it being an app in alpha. Still missing many features by Reddit app had, of course
Which clients do you guys actually recommand?
For noncommittals I’d recommend wefwef (dev is considering renaming)
Then if you want an app there several.
I’m new to this, using wefwef right now. For a totally new user onboarding experience, it feels easier than i expected.
It feels just like Apollo
I have 3 diff Lemmy apps on my phone and just heard about WefWef and it has very quickly become my favorite.
I’ve just installed Connect and so far I like it more than Jeroba. There’s also Sync coming SoonTM so that would probably be good
I found jerboa unusable, but so far connect is great
I’m also usibg Connect. But I gotta say I don’t like the UX so far. It’s a good app, just not my cup of tea.

Can vouch for connect too, alot like Sync
Liftoff is pretty slick too. Though it has a padding issue on some drop downs.

There is also Thunder, and personally I’m torn between it and wefwef.

I learned about Connect from this post. It felt like Relay with it’s gestures, which is nice.
