RIF, you’re quirky and rough around the edges, but you’ve always gotten the job done. You know how to get out of the way and show people the articles, discussions, pictures, and videos they came for.

You have the silliest name, but we love you all the more for it. RIF will always be fun in our hearts.

RIF has been so much of my life.

I’m honored that so many of you have felt the same way.

    When I was first introduced to reddit in around 2008 or 2009, I found rif and thought it was the official app. I have used it ever since and it’s the only way I knew reddit. Even using the reddit website felt weird. Now I can’t imagine using reddit without it, so I have moved here to Lemmy and I’m trying out the app options. All are better than the official reddit app so far! I’ll miss you rif 🫡
