“We’re trying to work with what we have. But we will have to stop working completely, because we don’t have any electricity,” one doctor at the hospital told Al Jazeera. “There’s a complete outage so how can we treat the patients?”

Particularly at risk were premature and newborn babies, as well as patients in intensive care units. Gaza’s Government Media Office in a statement said they were at extreme risk of death.

Earlier footage showed medical staff in dark rooms trying to work with flashlights.

“We worked on the light of mobile phones to take care of the condition of children in intensive care, and the devices work on secondary power, and if they stop, the children lose their lives,” said Dr Warda al-Awawdeh, who works in the nursery unit.

I am aware that one third were border police responding to mass shootings and organized kidnappings, and Hamas soldiers ambushed a bunch of first repsonders, didn’t think I needed to include that detail because its obvious. Hey did you also know like one third of the people killed on 9/11 were first responders?

Your conclusion that this was legitimate is delusional. These were mass shootings against regular people, along with kidnappings, rape, and executions. You can go and watch raw videos of the attacks yourself. Women and kids laid up shot and burned.

You’re rewriting how this war started.

I condemn all atrocities that were committed on October 7th, but:

I am aware that one third were border police responding to mass shootings and organized kidnappings,

This is nonsense. The attack’s main objectives were dealing damage to the IDF and taking hostages. The implication that they were secondary is so far from fact I can only assume you’re intentionally spreading misinformation.
