I landed here after RIF stopped working on my device and followed RIF link. This will be my new place to find content and see aggregation. Here it is to the end of reddit that starts today! 🍻

I’m really enjoying liftoff. It’s got some quirks but overall a solid experience

Feeling very at home on Liftoff having used RiF for 10+ years, can’t fault it so far!

Liftoff has been solid for me too. It’s a pretty painless transition honestly.

Jerboa is very RiF like. Unfortunately if you use Lemmy.world it won’t work until that instance updates. Currently on Connect for lemmy and it is ok.

I definitely miss Jerboa. But the past month has already brought so much chaos to my internet use. What’s a little more?

I am using liftoff. I like the look and feel a lot. I used Jerboa at first but have switched to Liftoff.

I am using it in the browser for now. Let’s be patient and see where it goes

Connect for lemmy is best android app from playstore. Liftoff and thunder are big contenders but you have to d/l an apk and install it. Sync is building a lemmy app but it will be a couple of weeks. Jeroba is the official but connect and the others are better.

Liftoff is on the playstore, using it now from there :) Edit: Opps didn’t see previous response untill I posted mine

Thanks, it wasn’t there a couple of days ago when I looked. I’ll install it today. I’ve only been in the federated world for around three weeks now.

Is Sync supposed to be ready that soon? It’s what I mostly used on Reddit, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

Dev is hoping for next 6 weeks, there is a post about pre-signup somewhere in the lemmyverse.

Haven’t found one like rif yet. I’ve been using either jerboa or connect for lemmy atm. They are functional. If anyone knows one similar to rifs layout please let me know.

It’s one of many. Most of them see the same content even if they’re on different servers, so no need to stress about missing out. Happy exploring!

Connect and Summit are both very RiF-like and work very well for me. Jerboa isn’t bad but it’s buggy at the moment and won’t work with lemmy.world

Wefwef seems to be the best option currently, though Boost and Sync both have apps in work that are pretty highly anticipated from what I’ve seen so far.
