That’s history, and not what she’s campaigning on. People can change quite rapidly, see Kari Lake for the opposite end. There is a solid chance that she’ll ally with republicans, but we also know what happened to bushlips.

“Believe what she says now, not what she’s actually done in the past” is a terrible way to evaluate potential leaders.
Sure, people can change sometimes, but that’s a reason for giving someone with a bad resume a shot at an entry level position, that’s not a good reason for handing political power to someone with a long track record of being an asshole.
Competency tests, hooray. Yes. Absolutely. Test them all.
But yeah she’s kind of a nightmare on other political issues. I think she called for the end of anonymity on the internet?..some good would come from that, I’m sure, but OOF. So much opportunity for corruption, tracking, invasion of privacy, persecution…more than there currently already is. No thank you. Keep that internet as open & free as possible.
Isn’t Nikki Haley a lot more moderate on abortion and stuff? She even called for competency tests for politicians over 75.
