In the case the court rejected without comment, the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an order granting transgender boys access to the boys’ bathroom.
I’m no fan of this Court. If I had my druthers, Thomas would be impeached, just for starters. But this idea that these judges are partisan is childish. They’re conservative, not partisan. And apparently they don’t default to hearing cases and judging conservatively.
