I really miss the feeling of having 12-14 hours of deep sleep every saturday after being puyat as fuck all week long. I remember 1st year 1st sem of college ay halos kakagising ko pa lang pag ganitong oras every saturday. Bumabawi ng tulog pag sat kasi puyat kami ng mga kabarkada ko nun buong week kakalaro dota, bilyar, inom, gimik.
Ngayong tumatanda hirap na maka 8 hours of deep sleep every sat kahit pagod at puyat buong week. Nagigising talaga agad at mababaw ang tulog dahil sa mga problema.
