How can I access my actual saved comments instead of permalinks? (Reddit Data Request)

I think I waited almost four weeks for my data from reddit, only to find out that for each post I saved, they only put a permalink in the csv file. This is obviously not what I wanted.

Is there any way to save the actual posts?

Oh, I see. In that case, they did all as they needed to. You might want look for a script to scrap that data then.
