Hey guys,
I was wondering. With forestry on the horizon and having read all the articles about it, how do you guys currently feel about it?
I am personally quite excited for the “events” that can happen again, making the skill more than just a afk skill. I specifically remember back when we had the evil tree spirit and such I’d get really excited even though it wasn’t that intense or complex. To me it provided a nice break of pace while training the skill.
Curious what you guys think?
It’s refreshing! I really enjoy the social aspect and getting to ignore the instinct to “hop off” what would’ve been someone else’s tree. I was almost 89wc at release, and I’m halfway to 90 without realizing it! :)
Given the alternatives have been teaks, sullis, and or just afk chopping in the WC guild… I’m really happy with it, bugs and all.
It’s a good step forward and I hope the OSRS team gives players more incentives to group together and hang out.
