I kept looking for the product he made that Apple stole, but it seems this dude is just a patent troll?

Apple has done shitty stuff, long history of baking good shareware and independent Mac app features right into the OS effectively killing them, but I don’t see that here? It sounds like some guy tried to patent a music store during the time Napster was big and now is trying to say he should get all iTunes royalties.
