My dr doubled my lamictal. 🤞 hoping that calms me down soon before I shoot my mouth off at work and get fired. I wish I were still on the adhd meds now. That slowed my brain down and censored me better. Living by chemistry… I’m still waking up after a few hours sleep but (thankfully?) I’m sick and that’s wearing me out. I managed to get back asleep last night for once. Having a hard time focusing at anything.
It sucks not having adhd meds when you need them. I’m so lost without mine. I hope your Lamictal works and I most certainly hope you don’t get fired!!
