Disney already distributes Bluey to most of the world and would snap up Australia/UK rights in a heartbeat if Ludo fell out with ABC. That would be a tragedy though, and I actually expect the chairman of the ABC would be overruled if they put the Bluey deal in jeopardy somehow.

No. Bluey is bigger than the ABC, now.
