On the other hand, as someone doing physics, I feel like nothing really like, massive in terms of theoretical physics has happened in forever lol. A good few experimental confirmations last decade, between the Higgs and gravitational waves, but idk like, the problem of GR and QM not working together seems like it’s stuck until we find more evidence. Though I do not know nearly enough to say much about that, tbf.
