Now a new study has found cabbage kimchi may lower men’s risk of obesity, while kimchi made with radishes could help both men and women fight excess pounds.
The research, published in the journal BMJ Open, examined data from 115,726 people aged 40 to 69 in Korea who were asked about their consumption of kimchi via food questionnaires.

It’s not rotten… It’s literally just salted and fermented vegetables, sometimes with seasonings like chilli or garlic powder. It’s preserved. The opposite of letting it rot.
And blanket calling vegetables “dirtplants” kinda outs you as someone who never eats veg.
Maybe you get diarrhoea because you’re used to only eating chicken dippers and frozen pizzas.
Ooof, a shot straight to the Tendies.

If you get diarrhea from eating kimchi, it sounds like you’re either allergic, or you have some intestinal problems.
Also, I like that you call it “dirtplant”, as if other plants we eat don’t grow from the dirt.
They basically just admitted to not eating plants at all which is crazy lol
Wow, they actually deleted it. xD
Fermented foods have been a thing in human cuisine for thousands of years across continents. The fermentation prevents it from rotting, if you understood your chemistry.
Eat a vegetable once in your life.
