Used a bourbon vanilla black tea for the first ferment, probably about three ish weeks? I like my kombucha pretty strong/tangy (what’s the right descriptive word? Lol) and then put pure pineapple juice in the bottles for the second ferment for about 4-5 days. I like it to be pretty well carbonated, so I tend to ride the line and leave the 2F a bit longish.
I use a strainer to catch the pellicle & little pulpy bits at the bottom when I pour, this cup was from the bottom of the bottle so that’s why it’s not very clear.
