How am I supposed to remember if I have to take more than one pill a day? lol my doctor won’t prescribe XR so it wears off early and I have to take more. But mostly I forget to take the 2nd one then crash way way too early. 🙃
I’m using “did I take my meds” from F-Droid. It’s not for everyone, but I love that it’s privacy focused and FOSS. It can also track when you’re getting low and need to reorder.
I set an alarm but I have a bad habit of turning it off and just going back to what I was doing.
I don’t know why he won’t give me XR. When I brought it up, he pushed Vyvanse instead. I’m not opposed to trying it, now that it’s generic but I asked my pharmacist and she said she wouldn’t because they can’t get that in stock either.
Doc did suggest I set an alarm in a different room next to the pills. It forces me to get up and turn it off. I do that when I work from home.

Set an alarm on your phone? Why won’t your doctor prescribe xr though?

Vyvanse is almost impossible to get right now. I thought doctors prefer to prescribe xr because it’s less spiky.
