If I click on a post, read it then go back to the community page it does show anything to highlight if I’ve been on the post already. Makes it difficult to scroll/view posts.
I’ve got it to hide read posts but that’s only on refresh.

Agreed. It would also help to have an option to hide posts that you have already seen.
That option does exist in the settings (the last toggle)
