The only part properly creepy is the scene in the parking lot when the girl is leaving and has her jeans so low that her underwear is exposed and house openly leers at that. The rest of it is him just being flattered.

The gist of that episode was more that House was curious as to why she took a liking to him and knew that it’d push everyone’s buttons so he let her.
