        I was using lemmy.ml and menopause sub wasn’t on it? SO I guess you have to add lemmy.world

          When the accessing the website through your browser, the communities list defaults to your ‘local’ instance, click the ALL button to see communities from other instances, including lemmy.world. As a side note, lemmy.ml is completely overwhelmed, has disabled new user registration, and is experiencing random outages. This is one of the reasons why we did not include that instance in our list in r/menopause.

        If you are accessing this site from your desktop browser, the subscribe button is the very top right of the sidebar (big green button that says subscribe). If you are accessing it through the Jerboa app, select the bullet list icon (in the bottom left of the toolbar) and enter “menopause” into the search field. Select menopause from the results and press the big blue subscribe button at the top. Hope this helps!
