There is a difference between talking about the danger and the historical impact of racism as a metaphysical concept, and actualizing racism by participating in its use for “irony”.
Talking about racism should center around the fact that it’s a fraudulent human construct that was erected to deny large swaths of humanity their rights, dignity, and lives. The whole point of talking about racism is to address the historical and current inequalities it perpetuates.
Does perpetuating the concept of racism lead to less racism?
If this young lady actually manages to anger a racist with racism(unlikely), who do you think that racist is going to take it out on…? Because I’m going to guess this young lady has never had to physically defend themselves from an actual racist.
Do you not see the irony of posting a video that defines race as a reality and then justifies it to children?
What is the definition of a white person? A European, a pale person, any specific ethnicity? Does it have to do with genetics, culture, or historical cotext… No, it’s an ever changing classification system whose only purpose is dehumanization and establishing hierarchy.
There are more genetic variables between African tribes located 100k away from each other than there is outside of all of Africa. Yet because they produce varying degrees of melanin, an entire continent is just labeled as black?
It’s perplexing how adamant people who self identify as white refuse to believe that the idea of race is a fabricated modern concept. The west is the only place on earth I’ve heard people utilize a color in place of their ethnicity. Not only will they identify as a color, but will implicitly categorize others as colors as well. Oh you’re from Kenyan? Well you’re black now, welcome to America.
I’ve given many examples of the micro aggressions of white liberal racism, that you fail to acknowledge. Racism isn’t something you can ignore, and it goes away. It has to be addressed and consistently confronted, like I’m doing here.
Systemic racism, the oppression of a racial group to the advantage of another as perpetuated by inequity within interconnected systems (such as political, economic, and social systems) exists.
You want to think that you’re above it, or not part of it, when liberals are the stumbling block for progress.

I must confess that over the past few years I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro’s great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen’s Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to ‘order’ than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice.

You’ve posted memes without context… and I’ve explained several times how utilizing race science to fight racism is counter productive.

I’ve said in every response that we shouldn’t ignore the realities of the what the concept of race has birthed. My explicit complaint has been people utilizing the same concept in an attempt to confront it. It doesn’t work, it just perpetuates it. There are more ways to confront racism than participating and perpetuating the belief of racial science.

Ahh yes, explain systemic racism to a minority… Check. Okay now explain how utilizing the belief structure that made and continues to allow systemic racism to exist = confronting racism?
When you try and calm a room in hysteria, do you do it by screaming? When you want to get someone to stop cursing, do you do it by calling them a fuck wit? What leads you to believe engaging in racism confronts racism? To me it just seems like you’re just participating in a cathartic exercise that does nothing but sooth your own sense of ease, while in reality your just yelling at a room full of people screaming.

I’m a fucking socialist you twat. And I’m not above the consequences of the concept of race, I deal with them daily. What I’m above is being labeled as a pigment instead of being acknowledged as a human being. I guess being labeled as a shade on the color wheel doesn’t bite so hard when you benefit from it, I wouldn’t know.
You. He was talking about YOU !
Again, you ignorant fuck. I’m not white, I’m not a moderate. I am a middle aged man of color who grew up in the Dixie south. I’m a socialist, and have been organizing mutual aid groups for longer than you’ve probably been alive.
Just because I don’t appreciate being dehumanized by system of organization that you love so much, doesn’t mean I’m a white liberal. Maybe next time work on your reading comprehension before you try and pull your white saviour routine again.
And regarding Project 2025, The woman in the video simultaneously acknowledges its sheer fascism while downplaying criticism of it. It’s an impressive feat, really.
You forgot the part where she says, “even though underrepresented groups have told us that Project 2025 has been in motion since the 70’s and 80’s. And they already experience fascism under Biden.”

Race is a social construct, but racism is not.
I’ll tell all my friends who participated in the Black Lives Matter protests that racism is over, because some dude on the internet called it.
Right, how does justifying racism by participating in it help your friends who went to the black lives matter protest?
