Welcome to this community, dedicated to learning norwegian!

I have been a rather active user on the norwegian subreddit in the past, and figured this was the time to move on from this platform and create another community elsewhere.

Everyone is welcome to participate!

Here are a few ground rules that I suggest, while we wait for this community to take shape :

    1. Please keep this community relevant to the Norwegian language.
    1. Please avoid vague submissions. Avoid ambiguous or vague titles such as “Help!”, “What does this phrase mean?”, “Where can I find good resources?”, “Where should I start?”, and similar – be more specific.
    1. Please do not post memes. Posts should be an opportunity for learning and receiving feedback.
    1. No deliberate false answers, No misinformation.
    1. Be polite and respectful to others.

These rules can of course be debated and may change over time, as the community grows.

So this wont be similar to what r/norge is? But more about the language?

Yes! this is the idea. It is a community for those who learn the language and would like to discuss about the intricacies of it. In that sense, it is closer to /r/norsk and /r/norwegian.
