There were so many opportunities to pit at low speed, even given the traffic density. especially in that last intersection. Instead this chuckle fuck decides to do it on the goddamn highway at killing speed. His only saving grace is that he is so bad at this that he turned into the pit instead of pulling through it rolling his squad car instead of the van. He could have killed everyone inside if that van rolled.
