    I’m unfamiliar with the mobile app, but standard troubleshooting practices should hopefully still work!

    The order I’d try to fix this would be this:

    1. Fully restart the app and try again

    2. Check for software updates and do them if available

    3. Uninstaller and reinstall the app

    4. Check for OS updates and do them if available
