I wouldn’t blame him for that. If my child died I would have a hard time talking about it to an interviewer too. I don’t think anything could throw me off more than someone bringing up the death of someone close to me.

I had to think about whether my mother died at 7:30 on the 8th or 8:30 on the 7th every single time. This specific misremembrance being so harped on actually makes me wonder if they’re all just flukes and misspeaking.

Biden’s definitely too old for the job, but I don’t know if I think he’s currently exhibiting signs of dementia

I’m half his age and usually considered pretty sharp, but I still call one of my small children by the others name once or twice a week, usually when they’re up to shenanigans and my mind is focused on that. They’re not even the same gender.

He’s been known for small gaffes and misspeaking his whole career, and I’m sure having to focus on not stuttering doesn’t make it easier. None of what I’ve seen looks like dementia at all. Trump on the other hand I have more doubts about.

I loved my mother and grandmother dearly but don’t have the faintest idea what year they died. Their deaths are not events I wish to commemorate.

I’d have to think pretty hard about the year, and it’d probably be based on where I lived at the time.

Probably even harder to remember if you don’t drive yourself to/from the event.

My dad died two years ago and I couldn’t even tell you the month. There’s too much shit going on to remember dates.

I love how you posted this as a gotcha just to have real people tell you how wrong you are. Chef’s kiss.
